it is an older property but well cared for the dead bolt on door did not work and the door handle lock was sticky

Nice little hotel - the only hotel- in Superior that suited our needs for visiting the Boyce-Thompson Arboretum so we can visit before it got too hot. Sure, it probably could use a little updating, but it was clean and comfortable and priced reasonably.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

No breakfast for me
Lights in the courtyard were so bright they lit up the room all night long. It was like daylight inside.
Price online was more than double what a friend paid directly to the motel. Booking price went up every time I tried to book online. Total rip-off.
