1st and foremost, the hotel is pet friendly!!!The parking lot was clean and parking spots are big enough to park and open vehicle doors. The entrance glass doors and floors were clean. The front desk staff were kind, patient, informative and helpful with all of my questions and needs. The room was very well organized, white glove clean and fully stocked with necessities. The bedding was made up to military standards.The pool area was clean.
The 1st floor ice machine didn’t work. The mattress cover was not a zipper one to prevent bedbugs. I wasn’t told to use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature. The refrigerator was not cold enough. There needs to be more seating around the pool including a table with an umbrella and an extra trash bin.
