great last minute find, loved the view!

gorgeous views, very clean, plenty of space

Convenient location with beautiful views, but needs some updates to make it great.

Location was convenient. Beds were comfortable and linens smelled clean. The sunrise and sunset views were spectacular!

There was a futon in the master that appeared to be broken and just taking up space. There was exactly one coffee filter when they were supposed to be provided. The couch was very worn. The throw pillows on the beds were dirty. The master closet had piles of random things, old blankets, curtains, Halloween decorations, etc. the WiFi stopped several times and even the IT guy in the group couldn’t get it restarted. The oven temperature seemed to be way off. The dishes and glasses had to be washed before use (there was what appeared to be red wine on the rim of a glass and grease smudges on several plates). The phone number given for the reservation office didn’t work and I could only ask questions via email. The fireplace pilot wasn’t lit and a sign said not to light it.

A lovely stay in the mountains!

The location was lovely and convenient and the home was very well kept. They supplied us with plenty of towels and the rooms were comfy and clean. We would stay again!!

Water filter in kitchen would be nice.

Worst!!!

Nothing!!!!

I didn't even stay at the correct location. When I arrived they gave me another room at another location. They tried selling it to me like it was an upgrade and it wasn't. The rooms where under construction still. There where people working all weekend, even on Sunday at 7am. They woke us up with all the noise. The beds where horrible. They didn't have enough towels. There was no view like the one we originally had booked. When we went to complain they tried to wipe there hands with us. They said ohh that's not our property. You have to complain to another company that wasn't even part of the original booking. But they took our money from the original booking that was supposed to be there property. They even sold us the upgrade that the one they where selling us had a heated pool. It was not heated. This whole weekend was ruined. We are going to dispute the charges and get a refund.

South Crest stay

We really loved staying in the apartment right on the mountain! Easy access to everything!

Our sink did have a leak because the hose was not even connected but we let the staff know! Other than that we have a great time!! Will be back!!
