Great location. Easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Room was clean, comfy king bed. Big bathroom and storage area near bath for clothes and baggage. Refrigerator to store leftovers. With so many other nearby hotels or BnBs charging 5x what we paid, and all you need is an overnight room, this was great value for location. We'd rather spend our money on the great wineries and restaurants around the McMinnville area.
Not really a negative, per se, just my TCW: If you're looking for white glove, BnB-type accommodations, you're welcome to pay $400 more a night. There are plenty of those places around McMinnville. We opted for barebones - i.e. TV didn't work, no bar soap, but had plenty of liquid soap/shampoo, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, no wash clothes, 2 paper coffee cups - but we're not too picky about a place to stay, especially if it's just an overnight, we just ask for a clean room, hot water in the shower, and a comfy bed. This location didn't disappoint.

The location was perfect and the staff were awsome and friendly. Room was clean for an old hotel. Room has a refrigerator and a microwave which was great.
They only have regular coffee for the morning breakfast and or in the room. We had two queen beds but there was only one chair in the room. No wash clothes were in the room, had to use a hand towel.

We liked that it was on the first floor in the corner and parking was right in the front. Also liked that there was always someone on duty and very friendly.
On the first day the shower was broken and no hot water. Second day no toilet paper available to the room as well as the front desk. Finally not enough towels in the room.
