First, we need to compliment the staff, especially Christine, who helped us through a nightmare of a check-in. I will never, ever use Booking.com again, as they failed to hold our "confirmed" booking at your hotel. Christine went way beyond and checked us in. All this after an 8+ hour drive! Please let Christine know we deeply appreciated her tremendous efforts.
I don't believe this particular Hilton Garden Inn was up to standards. The place was just not as inviting as Hampton Inn, and the price is out of alignment with HI and yet no breakfast (although our breakfast was provided free of charge thanks to Christine). Almost every hotel in the US serves breakfast included in the reservation.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast

Very quiet, comfortable suite, well equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed the free drinks by the fireside, and the breakfast.
We only stayed one night!

Breakfast was above average. The size of the room was great. The bedding on the main bed was wonderful!
The foldout couch was an abomination. You need something that people can actually sleep on, and bedding to match. Rooms are getting a bit dated. The bathroom floor was sticky. We stayed there for 5 nights and, for the price, we expected at least some form of room service - emptying the garbage, for example?
