Location, cleanliness and price
Jacuzzi was out of order and weight room bench was broken. The 2 things that we wanted in our stay. The reason we picked this hotel…

Clean and friendly. Comfortable beds.
Jacuzzi didn’t work. Pool was cold . Poop in pool area. Rooms were nice but they didn’t even bring us new towels unless we asked. Didn’t take our trash. We extended our stay and it never once got cleaned. Breakfast was good but coffee was watery.
