We liked the complimentary champagne, the size of the shower, the chocolates left in our room, and the location of the inn.

The workout center was nice, however, a treadmill would be a nice addition.

Room was very bright and clean, given we did not receive a lake view. Small & quaint location perfect for some R&R. The view from the patio was outstanding. We were able to hop on the Shore Path which was awesome. Champagne upon arrival was a nice touch.

There is a cute coffee bar upon entry. However, every time we walked by, whether we were arriving or departing, the staff member was witness lying/slouching over the counter in boredom, which is was a bit distasteful and unwelcoming. We had to park in the parking lot down the road and cross the busy street numerous times due to restaurant traffic holding space in the main lot. Guests should take precedence on parking at the facility. Elevator didn't work intermittently. The room fare was expensive for their offerings (no free breakfast - you don't have to offer much - perhaps some bananas, apples, oranges & muffins). Upon arrival, the front desk clerks heavily scrutinized no smoking on premises, no exceptions, however restaurant goers were smoking outside of the front entrance. Are you catering to the restaurant business or to your Guests? The drive was about 2 miles from downtown without shuttle service from the hotel. I inquired about ubers and taxis and the front desk wasn't aware of any options available. The front entrance & exterior docking/stairs to the water need some attention with a pressure washer, rotting wood. There is constant running water down the concrete making it extremely slippery/slimy, which almost caused my husband and I to fall. Those steps are steep!
