The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly and nice and Ocean 99 had great food and service
A few minor changes would make this place exceptional. 1. Bed Linens are stained and towels have been laundered past their life-sandpaper quality it time to replace. 2. It’s 2026 time to provide inspire charging for electric vehicles 3. Sleeper sofa mattress are paper thin and every spring can be felt 4. Breakfast needs fresh fruit and non-processed food options

The rooms were updated and clean. It’s at a wonderful location in Bethany Beach.
My family would’ve enjoyed more of an outdoor pool, not sure an area that sits outside on a good day.

Being in the beach
A lot of the furniture in the lobby and our room needs to be cleaned or replaced -Many stains!
Our outlets in side table didn’t charge phones!
No daily room clean
The flys near the breakfast is a bad turn off
