Room was clean and comfortable. Conditioner was quiet. Room was big. Breakfast was good. Dining area is clean.
The smell in the hallway, on the stairs and inside the room - like an old rag, which is impossible to clean. We used all our febreze spray bottle to get rid of the smell. The area around the property ( but which is part of it) is neglected. It will take not too much effort to make it look good.

Well lighted parking, as I needed to walk my dog at night.
Toilet seat was cracked & one time "pinched" my thigh. Refrigerator/freezer needed defrosting.

"The room looked recently remodeled; it could have been a room in a Marriott or Hilton with a king-size pillow top bed, new carpet and soft sheets. Though it was near the highway, it was super quiet."
