Proximity to points of interest. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
I can't think of anything.

I like that it is right on the main strip, very close to where I needed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was actually cleaner on the inside than it appeared. For a construction worker or someone who is looking for a bargain this place works. I just purchased a property in Adamsville; I stayed there to try to keep money local to a small business owner.
The other guests blocking the driveway, making it so I could not park near my room. People sitting on the sidewalk smoking and hanging out @ 11pm. Not very inviting. The A/C needs to be cleaned, smelled very mildewy but the majority of the smell went away after running for half an hour.
