Everything the room was dirty it didn’t have but one roll of tissue the tissue that was on the road. As soon as I went and try to get some it was gone the floors were dirty. There was no security latch on my room in my room.

Nothing. Staff was very nice tho

Close when renovation is taking place. The hotel already looks bad without construction and renovations. Guest come to rest and relax. Not hear noise and see strange people roaming

can’t think of anything bad enough to call it I’m afraid

nothing nice to say only stayed 3 minutes and we’re out of there- to say it was abysmal is doing it justice!

dirty filthy all surfaces including bed sheets bath area and lampshade stained with goodness only knows what!! curtains torn so much there was more daylight than dark - inside the fridge had more rust than plastic coating - photos on website are a complete and utter sham - they miss represent the place totally!! do not stay here if you value your safety and health!!!!! still waiting to see if we can get our money for 3 nights repaid as clearly couldn’t stay in such filth

The bathrooms were not clean the floors were dirty and the tub was dirty then request pillows and blankets they would not provide them never go back there again

worked with what we had would not recommend.

location is within 10mins from everything, a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff was short and pleasant.

cleanliness of the rooms- 1. the bathtub was peeling it looked to be painted over. 2. the privacy curtains were vile dust so thick and they had holes. 3. the room also had a very old musty smell. we had a conjoining room attached and the smoke from the other room took over ours every time they smoked. being asthmatic that was a problem. We made the best of it we travel with our own sheets and blankets due to allergies. we only occupied the room at night to sleep.

Leisure Stay

Beds/pillow felt amazing and made for a great night's sleep. Small but decent free breakfast of Waffles, cereal, muffins, small powdered donuts, white bread to make toast & different jelly's provided, yogurt, and of course coffee & juice's. Many hotels in the area (nicer ones at that) still do not offer free breakfast since Covid but fail to update their site to reflect that, so big bonus with me on stay.

it's gray that they are renovating/!fixing up the rooms.I was first placed on a room with Extremely burnt window curtains, light fixture or something like it always hanging fr the ceiling, stine like counter that was supposed to be on front side of sink area was completely off and laying against the wall, water was dripping from faucet in the tub so bad it was a complete puddle, and finally there was no TV remote in which you have to have her in order to watch it. I went to get a remote and was told he would send maintenance with one to my room, over an hour later still no remote. Went back to the office (3tf time) and it was a different workers working. When I informed h of the wait for a tv a remote and room number, he informed me that the particular room did not have one. When I came to the office the 1st time regarding the rooms conditions (as I paid for a clean, working room) I should have been moved instead of being told they are working on renovating the rooms. Why would you put a customer in a room that's half taken apart/ half worked on. Thankfully the second employee I delt with was quick to get me moved and my dreadful stay turned around thanks to him.

Do not waste any money here. Checked in for not even 5 minutes there was people blasting music with their doors open blocking you from going up the steps to your room. I did not even get to my door before I turned around and asked for a refund and was told no! I was there for not even 5 minutes after waiting 20 minutes to check in I was told the property would not do a refund so I had to argue with the front desk agent for another 10 minutes which irritated me I only had 4 hours until I had to be back on the road and explained this to him I had to get my dad out of our uhaul in order to get my refund. Save your time and money this place is the definition of a dump!

A group of black people hovered outside my room all night having a barbecue, they were very loud, cursed every other word. Leaned against my window. I was afraid to leave, I was afraid to say anything as they would have destroyed my car. They were obviously staying there ( looks as if they live there). I left in the morning and didn't even go to drop off my key card. Couldn't get away fast enough!
