The facility was very nice and Ruby who was working some of the time we were there was extremely friendly!
The other person working the front desk(not Ruby) was totally rude/disrespectful. I don’t know what her name was but she needs to take lessons from Ruby on how to treat guests!

When we arrived, there was a lack of employees working. There was just the receptionist, who was super kind and nice, but she was the one that did everything, check us in, clean and set up breakfast tables.
The floors where not clean at all.
It needs some cleaning, and there was a lack of things to eat during breakfast. We use to stay in Best Western Plus, but this was left a lot to desire during breakfast. No fresh fruit, the apple and orange juice had no flavor, is just like water with color.
