The staff is always very kind, the location is great, great restaurants are walking distance. Parking is no cost, and they have a pool table and a functional pool
The room wasn't very clean, there was a water bottle behind the nightstand and a hair clip behind the bed, clearly wasn't thoroughly taken care of after the last guests. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs 4 stores

The bathroom and room were very was clean. There is a balcony and pool table on the second floor.
There are much needed repairs to be done to this room. There was a huge 4 ft. wide drywall patch on the ceiling that wasn't painted or even sanded. Not all of the outlets availble worked. The tv remote either didn't have working batteries or didn't work.
