The location in ease of access
The floors smelled like they were mopped with dirty water the AC units need to have their filters cleaned when you enter the room it smells musty and in my room 202. The shower rod was falling off the wall. It just needs some general maintenance and cleaning and when patrons have pets, I need to keep them quieter. They need to take them outside.
