The location is great! This is directly off the intestate which makes it very easy to find and also easy to hop on and head to my job location. The first booking was a while back and I was moved down the road so I wasn’t able to experience this specific property. But the way everything was handled, when I needed to book another stay in Monahans, I chose here again. This time I stayed here and it was amazing. The first room I did have some issues with the ac being a bit loud. The staff was prompt in addressing the issue and immediately found another room, and even upgraded mine to a king suite! It’s absolutely ADORABLE! Just needed a switch up with the tv and everything was perfect. I highly recommend!
Not one complaint!

There was no breakfast. But it is really apartments so didn’t really expect breakfast. The property and facilities were extremely clean. Very spacious, quiet and Comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice and plush. Couldn’t change the TV channel but not a big deal. Plans changed and wanted to stay a second night, but they did not have availability.
Don’t know of anything.

Very nice rooms
No pool and no breakfast but I understood for the price we paid.

The room was sufficient and satisfactory for what we needed during our time there.
Seems the rooms weren't as sound proof as they could be.... noise from hallway and from people in the neighboring rooms was quite noticeable.
