it was a convenient place from the beach but it was small it was dirty and parking was awful

Very good

The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. It was close to boardwalk.

The blinds were all broken, the was no towel rod in bathroom, no place like a dresser to put clothes, there was a big hole down by the floor in front of shower, there wasnt an extra trash bag and a e ended up using the kitchen can cause no one was at hotel when we needed one, we had to ask someone to light stove and oven only two hangers in closet and the sofa bed couch sink in when you sat on it which was uncomfortable and we couldnt work the tv it didnt even turn on also in kitchen a piece of sheet rock showed.

Disappointing

The distance from the boardwalk and beach

It was not clean at all, the door barely opened and closed, there was trash in the rooms and the toilet was lopsided.

Nice staff, borderline uninhabitable accommodations.

location was great. staff was very nice.

The rental was absolutely filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. Kitchen was beyond dirty. It was horribly run-down. window air-conditioners all needed filter changes and were not secure, so lots of little flying insects were getting in. Microwave door fell off when I tried to open in. Refrigerator had old lunch meat left in it and was filthy. The 1st thing I did on vacation was go to the store for cleaning supplies. Also there was nowhere to hang clothes. Both “closets” in the bedrooms had no poles to hang anything, just pillows on the dirty floors. There were no dressers either, just a nightstand with 1 drawer crammed in each room.

Affordable place to stay that is practically on the beach.

They let us check in an hour early! They also let us park two cars with our party. The location CANNOT be beat (especially for the price), right off the boardwalk.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

For seaside standards, it was a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

They upgraded us to our own cottage.

The pull out bed was dirty upon arrival.

Very Disappointed with the Establishments Overall Condition & Value of the price charged

Location is Excellent. One block from the Beach. Sunrises are absolutely amazing.

Property overall is very run down. There are numerous maintenance issues that clearly in plain sight need to be addressed. The Owners are charging Four Star Rates for a less than One Star Establishment. The First room I received was practically a Dungeon, very cramped, dirty & uninviting. The next morning I spoke to Management regarding the issues & requested to be moved to another room, which I was finally given after 6 hours of negotiations. Ultimately I ended up paying almost double the original amount charged to obtain this room change request. The pool had sand in it the entire stay. Not once did I notice anyone even try to clean the sand out. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to stay in Seaside Heights, NJ until Management makes an effort to improve the overall condition of the premises.

Never Again

The room was old and not very clean. Everything you touch was dirty or broken. The bathroom stick on titles were coming up off the floor, The bed quilt was gross. The appliance were sticky. The towels were so thin and cheap. People were hanging outside in the parking lot having a party until 2:30 in the morning. The air conditioner was so old and loud. It sounded like a train was coming into the room.

Never again in this hotel

Actually the place was super dirty. There was a sandwich from the previous guests in the refrigerator. The light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on and we had to get the facility manager to come and fix It at 3am. The air conditioner was broken and to turn it off we would have to unplug it. The kitchen was dirty and there was a weed wrap when we got there. It was so bad that I was suppose to check out on Sunday and ended checking out on Saturday because I was just so disappointed.

No upgrades were done from the 60s. The wall Separating the rooms was fake plaster, not even a decent dry wall attempt
