The location was excellent - just a short walk down from the main strip, but far enough away to feel removed from the noise and bustle.

When we went to check out in the morning, I started loading the car around 9am. When I tried to re-enter my room to take out a second load to the car, the key no longer worked and I was locked out. Unfortunately, no one was on duty at the front desk to help out. There was a bell, which I rang several times, to no avail. There was a number posted at the desk for guests to call for help, but since my phone was in the room that I couldn't re-enter, I had to rely on the kindness of another guest who offered to call the number for me. But unfortunately, the number she called made the front desk phone - the empty front desk phone that no one was there to answer - ring. So again, there's a sign at the empty front desk directing you to call the very unmanned phone it's posted next to, if you need help. Otherwise, the staff were for the most part friendly and welcoming, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant.
