We loved the location.

The location was great. Short walk to the beach.

The house needed a deep clean. Under the furniture, base boards, shades, windows and sills hadn't been cleaned for awhile. We stayed at the same place 2 years ago and it was much cleaner. Also the all the beds were very uncomfortable. Nobody would sit on the futon couch it was gross.

Overall it was great!

Value and the location !

When we arrived the floors hadn’t been swept and the master tub was dirty. A couple of the towels had small hair balls on them. Some of the top stairs were loose.

The location was great.

For what they charge you to clean it really should have been cleaned better. The rug in the living room is pretty dirty.

Fall weekend getaway

Big open floor plan, big kitchen

Only issue was that we were given the wrong address to begin with, so I had to call the rental company for help.

A lot of the dishes in kitchen were not properly washed; I needed to re-wash before use; there were a few ants in the house and I got bit by one; some of the electronics are outdated; door key bolt was a little difficult to figure out but we eventually did

Great location! But very out dated, friends rented a extremely nice house down the beach for half the price with a lot m

Location to the beach, had a washer and dryer.

No grill, out doors chairs and set up was so Cheap. For what I paid I figured you would feel like a queen. Beds and pillow where so hard.

Broken

Good location, easy check-in and check-out. Unless I hear back, I will go back to using Cobb next year.

The house had no TV, bathrooms and kitchen were dirty including dishes in cabinets. We did a lot of cleaning, but please double check for next person so their first night isn't spent cleaning. We were told things would be checked on and I would be reimbursed cleaning fee, but never heard back and nothing was done

Kitchen had sugar ants and fire ants, bathtubs and sinks did not drain well.

Almost Absolutely Perfect

Very comfortable. Great kitchen. Easy beach access. Decor not tacky. Quiet area. When the hot water was working, showers were great! Fridge is large. Great getaway to escape for a few days.

There was no hot water. There was a mix up on Vacasa's part in routing the issue to the correct person. After calling three times and emailing twice, the correct person got the message. She came over immediately and was super nice and got her maintenance team lined up to take care of it. The maintenance team reset the water heater. 24 hours later there was no hot water again. My husband went into the attic to reset it. Other than that it was a fantastic stay. We will be back, for sure!

Beautiful, airy, 3 Bdrm beach house;The positives way out way the negatives!!!

There was no Breakfast... I cooked my breakfast and did my own cleaning. The non stick pans are all scratched up and need replaced but, under the circumstances I understand

I had never rented a full house before. So, I was not for sure what to expect. The refrigerator Ice maker did not work. The establishment did have a portable Ice maker that worked well after I filled it up. There was only TWO facial wash rags in the entire facility & only one Kitchen towel.
