Central location clean rooms and facility most staff nice.
They literally ran out of coffee pods for the room second day of 4 day stay! Ran out of washcloths housekeeping not the best
The front desk girl forgot to give parking voucher. They said 15 a day to park but didn’t mention to get that you have to prepay then they give you a little green ticket to get out of garage. 1 day ended up paying full rate of 30!! Not very helpful in making up for that either

I liked that there was a choice of hot/cold buffet or just a small bagel. Did not try out the full buffet, but it looked like there were plenty of choices. I liked that there was a waterbottle filling station downstairs. The bar at the top level of the hotel (also restaurant) had a splendid view and nice drinks. Did not try the restaurant. There also seemed to be private space on the top floor for weddings and the like.
The bedroom did not have any overhead lights, so when we arrived in the evening and started to unpack, there was not enough good lighting for that.

Location
TV did not work and someone had to come fix it. The bathroom door would not stay closed. Phone to call front desk wasn’t working well. Hotel did not have the signature Hilton smell.
