It was very clean, quiet, and right on the beach. It is old, so if you require fancy, this isn't the the place for you.

The pool was cold. I don't believe that it was heated.

Room had the best view. Quiet clean and convenient to lots of locations. Will definitely stay again.

Honestly we can't complain about anything. The staff is ALWAYS GREAT!! The rooms are clean, and it is just an all around great place to stay.

The location of this property was amazing! Right on the beach, on Gulf Blvd. Short little walk away is a liquor store, gas station and a Walgreens. This resort definitely has the old Florida vibe, and we all really enjoyed it! There is some construction going on next door, but it didn't bother us at all. We will be back for another ladies get away as soon as life allows it! The staff is also amazing and very friendly! All around one of the best stays we've had in Treasure Island. p.s. we didn't get a rental and utilized the the free island hoppers that are down there, I highly recommend this, they work for tips only, so be generous! Way cheaper than an Uber or Lyft and 100% of the money given to them is theirs!

Clean and location

Needs to be updated badly. After 30 + years it still has some of the same furniture, bathroom tile etc. Has window ac that is so loud you can’t hear the tv unless you turn the volume way up. Gate broken at pool. Building needs painted, soffit needs repair and the grounds need to be weeded and the shower where you are suppose to rinse off at the beach doesn’t work. Needs a whole facelift.

I wish the walk to the beach was a little closer with having 2 toddlers

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The manager Cindy was very friendly and professional.

Ther were several drug addicted women staying at the motel. They were friendly, but constantly asking for a cigarette, having visitors either dropping off or buying drugs.

It was great place maybe not some place I would take my wife for a week nothing against The Arvilla Motel. It was perfect for me and a friend to spend a couple of days play golf and have dinner. Place was clean staff and guest where friendly location was good would stay again no questions asked.

it’s a older hotel but very clean for us it was just a place to sleep on a stop over so we really didn’t get to use the facilities we checked in at 8 PM and left at 4 AM in the morning. The beds were comfortable
