Location was fantastic! You can't get more "waterfront" than waves lapping just outside your door at high tide! And all those windows! We saw so much wildlife, we couldn't even take it all in. What a superb beach for low tide rambling. Wow!

Dining room chairs need replacing, very uncomfortable. But we coped by bringing in the deck chairs, which were fine. There were a few quirks, like the very high Murphy bed and the sensitive smoke alarm, but every place has some, and they did not diminish our enjoyment.

The house was in a gorgeous spot! loved it

Check out was at 10am, with Vacasa. Will not use again, as that is a ridiculous check out time. Under bed was filtly and had other peoples socks and such under it. The dishwasher is missing the end piece on the arm, thus the upper rack falls off its track when pulled out. Hot water didn't come on in master bath, just luke warm water.

Everything was really good except the checkout time was the chairs to early

Better check in time later check out time fix the chair so they work make the TV system easier to figure out

Location is awesome. Bed was comfortable.

Kitchen sink was very, very dirty. Had not been cleaned at all, and I could only find an empty container of cleaner. Came in to a note that the dishwasher was broken. Then a note that the washer/dryer was broken (I had planned to do some laundry here to get us through the rest of our trip). Lovely deck with a lovely view, but no deck chairs. No heater in bedroom. One of the living room heaters display didn't work so we couldn't adjust it. Smoke detector was missing...just wires hanging down.

The view from the deck was outstanding, The house was very nice. Would definitely book this house again!
