Arrivés un dimanche soir dans cet hôtel, check-in avec la serveuse du bar qui a dit 3 mots, check-out avec la serveuse du petit-dèj qui nous a fait signe de laisser la clé dans la box, donc pas de contact ; le resto vanté sur le site était fermé ainsi d'ailleurs que la plupart des restos du village, donc dîner dans le seul resto chinois ouvert proche de l'hôtel. Chambre un peu petite mais énorme lit.

j'ai envoyé 2 mails à cet hôtel pour réserver le parking et le resto restés sans réponse

Great centrally located place to stay for a night or 2.

The bar and downstairs was beautiful. Great old building.

While a lot of things were updated and clean, the rooms could use some work. Great value. The cleanness can make up for the lack of renovations.

Loved the authentic Wild West lodge - can't wait to come again!

Loved our stay at the Colter Lodge - we weren't sure what to expect, but it was very much Wyoming, wild Wild West, looked authentic, authentic lobby, bar, restaurant - our room for four people actually slept 6, so very comfortable. Great large king beds, very high quality linens and towels, very clean and updated yet maintained the authentic rather historical look of the hotel. Center of town, lots of places to eat within walking distance - had breakfast at the lobby restaurant every morning and it was delicious - medium priced. Lots of choices. Would love to stay again!

Signage was a little confusing with arrows that pointed across the street, never could figure that out. And you enter into the door closest to the Main Street, before you come to the bar entrance - not well marked, but a large door, so a little confusing. Lobby sign said check in with the bar tender, so you do enter the bar and check in with bar tender - not a problem really, just a little unusual.

We were out at the reunion most of the time, so our stay was okay.

Breakfast was good. The reception staff was very polite and prepared for our arrival. Parking was was free, however, it was in very poor condition.

At $250+ a night, you'd expect the room to be cleaned each night and refreshed. It wasn't, even though we put the placard on the door requesting the service. Unbeknownst to us there was no elevator available. They did message us of that fact about two days before we left and offered to try and find an alternative in town.

I would not stay again because of the terrible bed.

It was a new experience

The staff were really nice, The bed was really comfortable. We had problems with the heat in our room, had to move to another one. Didn't like the tv set up. Couldn't get a local tv station. We only ate dinner the first night at hotel. The food was really bland. Kent's steak was really fatty, no flavor, prices were too high for the quality of the food.

quiet. no one else was on that floor. kind of had it all to our selves.

no elevator. wife had a hard time getting up the stairs. we were on the top floor.

My wife has mobility issues and was not able to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel website mentioned that they had no elevator. We drove over an hour to get to this hotel and were pretty upset. There was no staff on hand that knew how to work their reservation system. The staff was friendly, but poorly trained. We finally requested our money back and went to find alternate accommodation. We were verbally promised a refund, but the manager was not there to confirm. Your site should clearly indicate which hotels are not suitable for persons with disabilities. Bad experience all around.

Fun charming old building!

I liked the historical building. The restaurant was good, even though it was a little slow. The beds were very comfortable.

The street was a little noisy, but couldn’t really be helped. The restaurant was slow as well.
