Mooi hotel in oud maar goed onderhouden huis.

We konden kiezen uit meerdere kamers, inclusief een bungalow. Kamer en bed waren prima. Ook de andere faciliteiten in de kamer waren goed. Uitstekende staf. Mooie ingerichte tuin en omgeving. Enigszins uit het centrum van Namchi dus vervoer is handig. Eten was ok, niet goed, niet slecht.

Excellent!! I was a bit skeptical at first as my parents ( senior citizen ) went alone there and Menuka and the entire team at Dungmali Heritage took really good care of them and kept me updated as well. My parents were extremely happy and satisfied with their heartful service and we're already planning a revisit. Kudos to the team.🌷💌 -Daughter of Pranesh! :)

Exceptional

The location is excellent, just a short distance from Namchi Chaardham. Our room was quite spacious, provided with everything you need. The food was good. Staffs were friendly. A total value for money. We would happily visit again and would recommend to otgers as well.

The walk from the resort to their restaurant might be little difficult for elderly persons.

Stay in the midst of nature @Namchi Sikkim

The resort was very beautiful and have mesmerizing view of Kanchanjungha at early morning. It's very well decorated and have a beautiful garden with lots of colorful flowers. Kids will enjoy the stay because of the fish pond, real rabbit and foot bridge etc. Rooms are also good and clean.

Food taste could be improved a bit. Though it was not bad.

Perfect resort to stay at Namchi

Perfect location to view Kanchenjunga mountain and visit Char Dhan (1 min by car). The resort is located at a top location so the view is spectacular. Also nice garden, hospitable staff and good food.

Cleanliness was good but I think it can be better.

When I asked about Airport transfer, I was given one contact of driver named Pranay. We feel lucky to get a driver like him, it is quite rare to find such well behaved, expert driver like him. He made our travel hassle free and very enjoyable. Moreover, everyone of the resort were quite professional, very helpful and well behaved. We stayed in one family suite at the top floor, the view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony was the best comparing to other view points in Namchi at least.

Perfect Location with mountains around. The Staff was excellent and the food. Overall experience was great and perfect. Rates were very reasonable which surprised me.

Bathrooms need some maintenance and lack of charging points in the room as in both rooms the secondary boards were not working. Need maintenance in the rooms. Second Biggest problems we had was Drinking water in the Night. We were out of drinking water and had nothing till next day morning, This is a serious issue. There should be someone in the lobby in case of emergency.

Property is well maintained and very clean. Staff was also attentive. Food from Restaurant only thing one has walk. If needs food at room, charges are applicable.

Great place to stay at the top of the hill

The overall vibe, location , property facilities, people who were working -- It's exactly what you look in a vacation. Food was great, my parents really enjoyed the food.

Nothing as such. There was some minor issue with electricity , but they did best in their capacity to make my parents comfortable.

The views into Kanchenjunga were mind blowing ! The property manager Miss Minu was gracious and helpful exceptional in hospitality. The property have four house dogs who are very friendly and well mannered too.
