they took my money and said they was going to refund it I never got a refund let along they didn’t have a bed for me to sleep gave me keys to rooms where people already checked in and ect….

Disgusting and bugs crawling on the bed🤮

The hotel room floor was dirty and I saw 4 live cockroaches during my one night stay. The air conditioner was internally leaking very loudly all night, producing a drop every second making it very difficult to sleep. I witnessed another guest come asking for help with a leaky air conditioner and the lady at the front desk said “Maintenance isn’t here until tomorrow, do you want a mop?” The bathroom was also not up to my expectations for a $300 one night stay. Woodspring doesn’t even have complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, and the tub smelled like bleach. Doesn’t come with a blow drier either. Lastly, please don’t rent this hotel if you’re here for a race. Get something better that’s closer to the track!

Tub was clogged, toilet tank had water running all night. Table edge is coming off. Complain didnot fix anything.

Kitchenette was a good addition. It was close to my work site. Cooking in room saved a ton. Price was decent. Staff was helpful and on site laundry was convenient.

Light in bathroom could have been fixed quickly but I went and bought a bulb myself. Had to cancel 1 day stay out of 5 and wasn't reimbursed .

The property was dirty. the hallway was flooded with what I’m assuming was a toilet that overflowed into the hallway. It stained the carpet and they had a fan blowing the nasty smell everywhere. My room had the stench. my sheets were stained. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The toilet was broken and moved every time I sat. The door was broken, the sink was stained. The floor in the room was sticky. The AC had a funky smell. The housekeeping lady knocked on my door at 9am asking what day I was checking out. she then came back 30min later asking what time I was leaving when check out is at 11am.
