There is 1 queen, 4 twin with , 1 pull out couch. It's 15 min away from the 5 star World Wood golf club. Laundry is on site. Plenty of parking for boats and cars. A short walk to the boat ramp. The front porch perfect for hanging out and relaxing. The house is 5 min walk to boat at MacRaes or to Old Mills Tavern. We are 2 blocks from the best breakfast place in Homosassa The Starting Gate. This is a place where time has seemed to have slowed down and the fun goes on forever.

The inside of the property was ok, a lot of the furniture could be updated. The porch was very dirty and the yard could use a little TLC. The host Joshua was very helpful when we needed assistance. It's too bad that this is located in such a rundown neighborhood.

If you're a nature lover this is a great place to stay. There's so much to do near by and there's some good food places also.

Joshua was very quick to reply to question we had leading up the months leading up to our stay. We rented both houses and was great. Backyard was beyond our expectations.

Our Summer scalloping trip, this house was very convenient for where we wanted to go we were taking our boat out at the McCrays boat ramp and it was less than 5 minutes down the road and very convenient! Everything was clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Seemed as though it had just been renovated. Very nice neighbors on the left and right. Convenient to major roads, supermarkets, banks - and the wildlife refuge a mile away was great! A hippo, manatees, etc.

The mobil home smelled of heavy lysol spray and mold The roosters next door called all night
Check in the cabinets I saw 2 large bugs I had to give it one star to complete the survey

Enclosed patio floor and patio furniture was too dusty to sit in. Carpets in house were severely stained and host requested that our shoes be removed. Living room and bedroom furniture was old, dusty and stained and towels were stained. We ended up storing bags there and sleeping at relatives home which was quite crammed. I suggest carpet be removed throughout property. The kitchen was very nice, clean and cozy with nice floors.

The place was nice and had the things we needed. Not as clean as I would have liked it but not horrible.

I liked the property in that it had plenty of room and was located close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet. But (and you can't tell it in the pictures) the carpet and the laundry room could use a good scrubbing.

We used this property for our scalloping trip. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. The house is less than a mile from the boat ramp and access was super easy and quick. The only downside is 1 bathroom but we made it work without issues. Host was responsive, pleasant and easy to deal with, accommodated a bigger party then originally booked for with no problems. We didn't use back yard much but it looked nice and big. The beds could use some padding to be more comfy but that's if you are being too picky:)
Overall, great place and would totally book it again for our next years trip.
