About this villa rental

Located in Kea-Kythnos, this charming villa for $624 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation. Villa Ailea is set on a 1,500sq meters plot of land on three levels. The ground floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom and a guest w.c. The second floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which leads to a private veranda with a fantastic sea view. The 1st floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen, both of which lead to the outside 600sq meter stone paved terrace where there is a 40sq meters infinity swimming pool, a large covered dining area with a BBQ, a covered seating area near the swimming pool where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and the stunning sunset whilst sipping/drinking a glass of local wine. Near the entrance and connected to the main house there is a guest house with a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. There is air-conditioning inn 2 of the bedrooms, the bedroom on the top floor and the guest house. The other 3 bedrooms do not need a/c, infarct you might need a light blanket. There is also parking for 3 to 4 cars, The villa will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure. Amenities: Internet,washing machine, Flat screen TV in the living room, coffee filter machine, toaster, stereo, mosquito blinds on all windows, pool towels, BBQ, dish washer, oven, hobs, refrigerator, freezer, blender, stereo, music library, outdoor dining table that seats 12, 5 sunbeds, 4 sunbathing chairs, covered bar area with stools near the pool, hair dryers, satellite TV, outdoor grill, wood oven. Air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 portable fans. 10 minutes from the harbor ,5 minutes from Chora (The capital of the Island). 5 minutes from the supermarket ,.10 minute from the closest organized beaches. A cook can be arranged if required , BBQ nights can be arranged at a small fee .

We had a very good time at the villa in Kea! The location and the view is extraordinary and even better than you can see on the pictures. The house is well equipped and maintained and very clean. The change of towels and house cleaning once a week was much appreciated and more than we had expected. The outside area offers different places to stay during the day, there is enough shadow as well. The barbecue area is a perfect place to stay even if there is a lot of wind. The owner is very friendly and even offered us some stuff from his wine cellar - thank you again! Furthermore many thanks to Maria, who was always available and answered promptly to any request which was really helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to see you again!
