Fabulous experience, especially with the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable and we are very grateful for that especially Rachel thank you :)
We love everything about our room. It really fit the Mexican culture. The communication before and during our stay was prompt and very friendly and helpful. When we were checking out, one of the young male staff members offered to carry our big suitcase down the stairs with a smile we really appreciated it.
Congratulations on hiring wonderful staff who are great at public relations and being proactive and kind🥰

The location was great.
The rooms had a bit of a musty smell, but the staff brought a humidifier in to reduce the odor

We love the Location. Room was clean n comfy
The pools has no stairs so I couldn't get in with my bad leg

Loved the charming look.
Facilities were very dated. Staff didn't greet us or anyone unless you were paying and were on their phone each time we went in or out. I did take a video because it was comical. We study expect a palace for the price but being pleasant to guests is free.
