Location. Very clean. Amazing staff!!! Love the beach. Love the pool!!!
The bar tenders were slow and we were ignored every time we wanted another round. Mind you we ate dinner at the bar 3 nights and lunch one day. We are pretty patient people and have stayed at the Hard Rock in Daytona 3 times.

Tator at the front desk was exceptional.
We had booked breakfast which we didn’t get the vouchers for when we checked in. We then went to have breakfast at Sessions and sat for 20 minutes with no one coming near us but all other tables being tended to. The kids were restless and desperate to get to the pool by this point so I then had to spend $40 at The Grind takeaway on breakfast items, which I was disappointed by. I asked for our balcony door to be looked at as it took myself and my niece to open it and this wasn’t done. I had specifically booked a balcony sea view room to enjoy this facility and unfortunately wasn’t able to.
