Unfortunately when we arrived the owner told us there was building work. We woke up the following morning to the sounds of drills, diggers, machines cutting tiles etc. You could not even have a conversation. We were totally deceived. I would never have booked this property if I have been advised there would be works next door.. This house was listed as peaceful and tranquil. It was anything but. Also the owner appeared at the property 5 out of the 7 days of our holiday. . It is in a good location, pool is nice. Would have been a great holiday without the noise.

Great place centrally located in the French Riviera. It is close to the train line and close to several beaches. The house is beautiful with a great swimming pool. We missed the part of being responsible for all water, electricity and towel and bed linens. You can rent the linens for a fee. The property owner is very helpful and invested in the property. She does tend to come by daily unannounced. Overall we enjoyed a week of rest with some day trips.

Hello, my husband and I along with our 4 young adults (20 -22 years old) spent a lovely relaxing week in Jeannine's beautiful home. She is a great lady, kind, witty, interesting, and attentive. The house is in a lovely private area and was like a second home, clean & tidy with all the mod cons you can ask for in the kitchen. Her garden has so many aspects to it you can sneak away and find a little corner for yourself if you want a break from the others. I loved how you felt this is exactly how she enjoys the outdoor space herself. The pool was heated and lovely to use. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels (which you rent) and all bathrooms along with the kitchen look newly done. I wanted to be close to Juan Les Pins and the beach for the younger people so the location was perfect, 7/10 minute walk. Antibes old town would probably take 20ish minutes to walk to but it's a lovely walk. We look forward to staying again. Sinead, Frank & family.

The villa was great Everything we needed Perfect size pool Enough bathrooms for all of the group to have privacy Comfortable beds. Owners very helpful and answered all our questions and more. Would like to stay longer Private and quiet but close to local shops and restaurant n middle of Juan

We stayed for 2 weeks at the beginning of July, the villa was everything we expected and more, and the location was great as you can walk to local restaurants and shops. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable and felt very safe. We would definitely recommend the villa to others and we will return!!

We stayed in this villa for a week from the 24th June - 1st July. The villa is a situated in a fabulous location within a secured development which also allowed us to park our car in an extremely safe environment. It is within walking distance from Juan les pins (no more than 10-15 minute stroll or a 25-30 min walk to Antibes. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by with some situated on the sand directly by the sea. We had an extremely comfortable stay during our weeks holiday. The villa is equipped with everything that you could wish for during your stay. There was a fridge freezer that dispensed filtered water and ice, excellent bathroom ensuites in each room and extremely comfortable beds. There was a lovely view from the terrace with views to the sea and most importantly a good sized swimming pool. Seating areas around the terrace were really comfortable and plenty of shade if required. The owners of the villa were most friendly and extremely accommodating All in all this villa comes highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in a wonderful location

It is difficult to add much new to all the previous reviews with which we fully agree. When choosing this villa I got a list of about 140 different properties when entering the required items on the Homeaway site; location, size, facilities, amenities, price etc. Being chosen among 140 different places says a lot about the perceived quality of this property. It lived up to our high expectations ! The secluded, but sunny, location, 10 minutes walk from the town centre as well as beaches, but also only100 meters from a botanical garden well worth a visit, is perfect. Coming from Northern Europe, we can recommend a visit around Easter (or maybe September/October) While mornings and evenings were cool, daytime temperatures were sufficient to enjoy the pool or going to the beach. The pool by the way held a temperature of around 28 degrees, so we did not really need the jacuzzi. We took the opportunity to invite family and friends for a few days and we easily could sleep 9 persons. The interior is nice and cosy and the walls covered with beautiful paintings. Our landlords, Jeanne and her husband, were readily available for any question we had and very helpful. I counted to 54 possible chairs/seats outside so the biggest challenge on a lazy day was to decide where to sit down and read! One additional thing worth mentioning is the drinking water filter system integrated in the fridge. This means you do not have to buy and drag home masses of bottled water.
