The location is excellent. Close to city centre. The communication was fantastic. Through WhatsApp there was very prompt responses to enquiries and requests. When we requested extra towels they brought it over that day. We stayed 8 nights and halfway through we had to request extra towels. I had also requested the sofa bed be made up and when we arrived it was not but once I contacted them they brought over extra sheets promptly. Wifi is excellent. TV has Netflix and Disney.
The listing states apartment with 1 bedroom. It is a studio apartment. The photos make it appear bigger than it is. It is one double bed and a sofa bed that fits one person. The beds are very uncomfortable as are the pillows.
The cleanliness of the property is poor. The floor was sticky in the main area and in the bathroom. You couldn’t walk barefoot on the tiles. The kitchen cupboards were sticky. Had to wash whatever we used as pots, pans, plates, cutlery and crockery were sticky. No microwave.
I could not find coffee machine plus no coffee, tea, condiments. No tea towels.
The shower head sprays water up and water pressure is poor because of it. The bathroom bin had a broken lid which I made sure to advise them of. For an 8 day stay you would expect reasonable amount of toilet paper but there was one roll. We had to purchase more.
For the price we paid the accommodation should have been much better equipped and at least clean.

"The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything you could need. Quiet area in the old town and walking distance to everything. Host was very friendly and helpful."
