This property is perfect for any group that wants four bedrooms in their location that it’s perfectly suited to walk around in Saint Andrews. The property was clean and beds were comfortable

Three of my buddies and I were playing St Andrews and three of our wives accompanied us. This place is awesome! It’s on the far end of the east side of the main drag. Still an easy walk with your clubs to the old course. The women loved the central location to shopping and sites. June, the owner, was super to work with. Her correspondence and quick replies were greatly appreciated. We had arranged an early check-in (couple of hours) because the place was not rented the day before we were to arrive. However, because of the weather in Scotland, the Dunhill Golf Tournament was postponed on Sunday and there were tournament golfers that had to extend their stay an extra day. Therefore, we were not able to achieve an early arrival. June was there to meet our wives when they arrived. I don’t know if, or when, I’ll be back but, there is no doubt that this is the place I’d chose for four couples. This property is exactly as advertised, if not better. Just added to already unbelievable golf outing.

Lovely large house perfect for a group stay in St Andrews. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better. Would definitely return.

Great location and property. Some noise outside our window at night and very early morning hours from college students walking on South Castle Street.

This home was PERFECT. I cannot say enough about the charm, the cleanliness, the coziness, all the little details that were curated so beautifully. But I think best of all (if that’s possible), was the location. The house is so central that it’s impossible not to love it. Just steps away from the castle + Market street, our family was able to move through town with ease. When my husband + I needed to find a rental to renew our 20 year vows at, this home met every need. With just a few family members gathered in the backyard + a short walk into town for dinner after, we have no regrets at all. Will we be back? Hands down. No question. What a wonderful experience we all had.

Charming, historic house - well maintained - perfect location for enjoying St Andrews and all of Fife. Hosts are a delight. An overall lovely experience for golfers and sightseeing.

I can't say enough about the house. It was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed to make our stay incredible. We especially liked having the outdoor patio. We spent a ton of time on it. And, June was a great host. She is very responsive and accommodating. We'll certainly be back in St Andrews and hopefully will stay in the house again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights for our daughter’s wedding. The home is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The garden is lovely and the location is just perfect. You can walk everywhere so no car is necessary. The beds are awesome…all kings and so comfortable. We loved every minute and hope to come back again.
