Nestled in Homosassa, this charming house for $193 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This charming house sits right in the middle of Old Homosassa close enough to walk to the river, restaurants, and bars. Perfect place to go fishing, boating, ride bike, take walks, watch the manatees or just relaxing. There is 1 queen, 1 twin with a pull out, 1 pull out couch, and a futon. It's 15 min away from the 5 star World Wood golf club. Laundry is located in the house. The house has a nice screened in porch to sit, eat, relax in. Plenty of parking for boats, cars, trucks and golf carts. Homosassa is now a golf cart community. The house is 5 min walk to boat at MacRaes or to Old Mills Tavern. We are 2 blocks from the best breakfast place in Homosassa The Starting Gate. This is a place where time has seemed to have slowed down and the fun goes on forever. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. The house is load with ever thing you will need from laundry room with detergent to a dishwasher with the tablets , we have lots of condiments, water, coffee, a grill, a full functioning kitchen with all the essential.

Spacious rental, nicely furnished, including washer/dryer. Located in quiet "old Florida" area but close to activities, restaurants and shopping. Deck and pool area best suited for warmer months as the pool is not covered or heated. Neighborhood is in transition with adjoining properties being remodeled.

The owner was super nice, my card didn’t go through when I originally sent my request. It takes 16 hours to get approved it cancelled same day I wanted to travel, I was stressed reached out to the owner, he sent me a link to allow my payment to go through so I was able to still get his home for the weekend. Once we got there it was way better than the photos. It was clean, the owner came by and cleaned all the leafs out of the pool, I had unexpected family stay with me, the home was spacious so we had enough room and were able to enjoy family time together. It’s right down the street from great breakfast and good restaurants. Would stay again if I’m in the neighborhood

This property was great for our family (16 mths, 9, 11, 16 & 2 adults). The house was clean & orderly & located a short distance from the boat ramps. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay!

Thank you Joshua for the use of your home. As others stated before me , it is located in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you could need. Our granddaughter enjoyed the private pool and we loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. A short drive to the local restaurants to enjoy tasty seafood and local fare . Lots of places to visit and hike . A perfect getaway for her 9th birthday surprise!

The house was perfect for the two of us. Lots of room and close to the river. We really enjoyed lounging around the pool area. The bed was comfortable and we didn't have any issues during our stay.

We had a great time, the location and place was perfect for us. I selected this house for its location and the great reviews on cleanliness. I was disappointed to find that I had to clean the pool area, the bathroom shower and tub although I didn't use the tub. In addition to steam vacuum the living room rug which had so many stains I could not let my 1 yr old grandson crawl on it as it was when he visited. I also for obvious reasons had to disinfect all areas for covid. I love the concept but it really needs some TLC.

Awesome getaway at the property. Very clean property with many items to help your stay (condiments, seasoning, games etc.) House has lots of space with a large family room and kitchen/dining area. House is very close to Homosassa springs which we rented a boat to spend the day. The pool and backyard is a plus, very spacious with many games to be entertained.

A lot of bang for the buck. Plenty of room; comfortable bed; Quite Neighborhood; and a short walk to one of the best restaurants in the area, starting gate!
