The family that manages the hotel is very friendly and makes everything possible to welcome us. The swimming pool is great, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Friendly staff , room cleaned daily , always fresh towels , always hot water in the bathroom, lovely pool and great location in center of Akrotiri with nice little restaurants and supermarket just across the road , also bus stop is just two minutes walking distance which was very convenient.
Room was outdated. It was clean but terrible smell was coming from the bathroom ( most likely pipes ) , giving head ache. I bought scented candle so it helped a bit. Beds very uncomfortable in need of changing mattresses. Blankets and sheets clean but obviously old , blankets I've found in the wardrobe had old smell. Some kind of machine ( pump ? ) above was making noise all time and it was hard to fall asleep with this as well as very loud crickets didn't help because doors and windows are rather old and not soundproof . Breakfast was included in room rate but we only used it once because choice was poor , no fresh fruits , just tinned ones , only one kind of bread and tea. I'm not demanding traveler at all , just sharing my honest observations. Hotel is unexpensive for Santorini and we were always out except for the nights so it was ok , nevertheless things I mentioned bothered us.
