This was a fantastic place to stay, that is quiet, yet close to the BTS train station even has a shortcut to get there. There is a 7/11 on the same route 3 mins walk away. there is a lovely local evening food market down the road, which was authentically Thai and had incredible food options for such low prices, great take away options for eating at your Abloom apartment. Close to the Chatuchuk Market which is great after hours of walking. The Aircon was excellent, the bathroom was spacious with no nasty drain smells, which was great, the bed was comfy, a little hard for us so we added the extra duvet in the cupboard under us for softer comfort. The kitchen is the only place that could be updated for extra comfort, please consider adding extra cutlery, chopping board, sharp knives, extra plates and deeper bowls a microwave cover and some big / large coffee mugs, an extra dishcloth an extra cleaning rag and maybe some kitchen tissues for cleaning. I really do believe some extra stuff in the kitchen would make any guest feel more at home with more opportunity to enjoy the kitchen space fully. The gym is great and with aircon, the pool is big and quiet and has exercise machines in the water which is fantastic. The only upgrade I would suggest is having more cleaning staff for the seating are around the pool, please get staff to clean the ashtrays, it is not nice arriving at a two day old filled ashtray - this can easily be attended to to upgrade the area.
The only strange experience we had, was when two ladies at reception convinced me to book their Airport shuttle for 500 baht instead of using a Grab taxi at 400 baht. We agreed on the rate and service and when we arrived at the Airport, the taxi service insisted that the rate was 700 baht, when we called reception to let them know, they presented that they had said this price, which was not in truth as both receptionists confirmed 500 Baht as the final rate. This was a confusing situation and uncomfortable to say the least. Agreements need to be honoured and not changed at the arrival point. Please consider better more in tune truthful communications with your clients, as this left a bad taste for our end of stay. Other than that the reception and door/ bell boys were absolutely kind & helpful on all other aspects.

Pool is giant and the area is really pleasant. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, and bed was super comfortable. The apartment is a great size, I'm working remotly so it was good for this purpose. Location is great too, plenty of options to eat nearby.
Shower takes a really long time to warm up and has no much pressure. Our neighbours upstairs where pretty loud too, we could hear children running above us and being quite noisy.

Location, its near alot of street food stalls and staff were very friendly.
The bath/shower combo. Water goes behind the bath and flows onto the floor and the shower head was too short
