The location is excellent. A few steps away form the 601 and 602 busses (2.5 Euros) to and from the airport and steps away from the historic tram network (12 Euro for 2 day pass) and more than enough cafes and restaurants of different types (including Taco Bell) in the same small block and hundreds more shops (and the Harry Potter bookstore) very close. The 'Superior" room wasn't very superior but I did like the "balcony" (a ledge) to open the windows and look out over the street at the back. The little parkette at the front is nice to have a bit of green and trees while at one of the cafes'
The hotel and rooms are very modern and sterile lacking any character and the staff are without personality. The breakfast is blah. Not enough hooks and hangers in the small room. There was only 1 foot (30cm) of space to get around the bed. No elevator so the 60 steps up to the room were a bit tough for legs sore from walking around the city. But TV OK with lots of channels.

I ordered a large room When we arrived the staff couldn't find my booking or enter into the system They gave us a smaller room. The next morning we were asked to pay the difference between the larger one booked and the one we were given. They gave the impression of a chaotic team.. friendly but odd
