Exceptional

The house and the garden was so nice and beautiful, the staff also was nice. Also you can use shared kitchen. There is a good breakfast with typical Sicilian products - good bread, pancakes, croissants, fresh juice and etc. To park is easy, just in front of the house. The beach is close by car. It was the most beautiful place we have been in Sicily. For sure, we would come back again.

Beautiful garden with swimming pool, stylish seating. Nice shared kitchen that we could use. Nice view on the sea. There was the best breakfast of our Sicily trip (the only place we got eggs and pancakes, local products, there was a lot of food). We would return to this place, but not to the room we stayed in.

Our room was dark, there was only a small window on the roof. The entrance to our room was from the kitchen, where breakfast was being prepared - it woke us up in the morning. The door was broken and wouldn't close.

Lovely stay

Even though the property isn’t located within the city it offers the benefit of a quiet escape and a short drive to restaurants and various activities. Valentina and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and provide a good breakfast to start off the day along with generous offers of cake and coffee.

Small updates would make the world of difference. General maintenance overdue particularly in the bathroom and outdoor furniture.

Generally, very good stay.

Beautiful outside area. Great pool and garden. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Our room was off the kitchen/common area and had no outside space.

We stayed for only one night but would return for a longer stay.

The poolside view is spectacular. Staff was amazing and very welcoming.

we stayed in the room that was adjacent to the comunale kitchen. There were several flies and mosquitos.

Trully unbeliveable stay!

Right after the arrival we were greated by Eva, who told us everything necessary, made us coffee and also recommended us restaurants, taxi, car rental and all. Throught out this amazing stay we met all the prsonell including the owners who also gave us a lot of informations and another recommendations for another trips and more. We will definitely come back!

Honestly there is nothing i could possibly improve or ask them to do another way.

Mediterranean feeling with amazing views!

The place is simply fantastic. The views are spectacular and the property is very well take care of, it is a real Mediterranean feeling. The owners are adorable and the breakfast was terrific, with a homemade cake or torta that I still dream of. We had to work remotely, so being able to work in such a fantastic location was great. Castellamare del Golfo, we had no expectation and it really surprised us. Very nice coastal village with nice ambience, nightlife and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The wifi didn't work when we were there and we needed to work. We had our data internet, but for next time hope it's fixed!

Peaceful and relaxing! I would go back.

The setting and pool were peaceful and serene. The breakfast was amazing! Hosts were very welcoming.

Maybe better communication on arrival information. It all worked out, but some other places contacted us the night before, which was a nice touch.

Really great place to stay!

Accommodation is really beautiful – exactly like on the pictures – and breakfast exceptional with many choices, fresh cakes and fruits. We really enjoyed the garden with great view. The staff was very nice and helpful.

beautifully decorated B&B

the rooms and the common areas were beautifully decorated, great to chill out, very nice host made us feel really welcome, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes every day, you can see the sea from the swimming pool area, there is a big well equipped kitchen for common use which was very handy

our room and our bathroom were bit small but still beautifully decorated so we didnt mind

Outdoor area perfect, room needs maintenance

We enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. Additionally, the breakfast (mostly sweet) was good and service was very friendly.

We booked the 4-bed room, which is located in the back of the public kitchen. The room is unfortunately without any daylight. On top, we had ants in the bedroom, the shower was mouldy and the showerhead calcified as well as the air conditioner drops on pillow.

Nice relaxing place for the family

The pool is a perfect spot with the sea view , nice gazebo for a perfect aperitive after a hot day in the beach! A kitchen with everything you need for a take away dinner served with the restaurant comfort !

Great looking B&B with nice views and very comfortable

We had a lot of fun with the other guests and the dog on the property. The location was nice and quiet and the outside area is really a dream. Bed was comfortable.

Not much, we had bad luck with the weather and we accidentally paid double. It took a while to get the money back, but in the end we have it and all is solved.

Superb

excellent breakfast and property. cute and sweet dog greets and accompanies us all the time.

location bit remote, need own vehicle to reach close village for food/restaurant. Missed the contact with owner for area or restaurant info. quite some mosquitoes in the garden, we got quite some bites :(

Nice holiday in B&B Scacciapensieri

The accommodation is in a quiet location but close to the city center. It has a beautiful garden with relaxing zones, a large pool and sea views. My daughter liked the pool, the garden, the swings and the kittens. Every morning you get a delicious breakfast - salty and sweet with homemade cake. We liked the stay here. Thank you Valentine and other ladies, we liked the stay.
