The host is so warm and welcoming, very informative, plenty of advice on restaurants, beaches and points of interest, and genuinely felt cared for from beginning to end.
Location is brilliant, just a five minute walk from pile gate and into Dubrovnik old town.
Lot of space both inside and out with outdoor dining opportunities in a secluded garden terrace.
Didn't use the kitchen but the fridge and set up was great to store some drinks for the day/evening.
Very happy with the stay and would love to visit again!
No iron available in the apartment however, I'm sure the host would help out with this if asked as she is amazing!
Air conditioning can only be put on sporadically meaning you cannot cool the room down when you are out exploring.

Lokalizacja super, wszedzie blisko i właścicielka mieszkająca obok bardzo pomocna. Cena bardzo dobra jak na lokalizację.
Jedyne czego mogłabym się przyczepić to czystość ( mam tu na myśli pajeczyny na ścianach) i nie dokońca sprawna klimatyzacja.

The location
Overall we had a nice stay and the landlady was very kind, but there are a few improvements.
1. We were not allowed to use the towels for the beach, which is understandable, but when we asked for beach towels, she said she didn’t provide that.
2. The towels were not renewed while we stayed there for a period of 5 days.
3. The toilet seats are moving and not steady which is uncomfortable.
4. We were allowed to use the airconditioning in the living room, but only on temperature 26, and there is no airconditioning in the bedroom. When we asked for a fan in the bedroom, she said it was impossible but I’m not sure why. She let us put the temperature of the airconditioning on 23 after that, which made it better during the night, but we really would have wanted a fan.
5. The garden is not at all what it looks like in the pictures. It’s probably because of the hot weather, but I think the pictures on Booking have to be adjusted to the reality of what it currently looks like.
6. Another thing we really didn’t appreciate, was that we noticed the landlady came in the room while we were not there. I think to make sure the lights and airconditioning were off. It’s not really nice and an invasion of privacy.
The location of the apartment is really good and the apartment is quite big, but if you want a relaxing, comfortable stay without feeling like somebody is checking on you, I would not recommend this place.
