About this house rental
When you arrive to the Villa, you go through a very quiet cul de sac and a short drive through it on your left side you will find a lovely green gate. You will be given a remote control for your comfort. Once you enter, you will see a long driveway with beautiful Cherry trees, rhododendrons and azaleas. Then, on your right you find the main entrance that invites you to a classic european foyer and a living-room with a view of the Puget Sound, Kingston and Whidbey Island. On your right side you'll see the hallway that bring you to your very private area and bedroom.
The Villa is just 4 minutes drive downhill to the beach and Ferry dock and all charming Edmonds restaurants and coffee shops.
The room is cozy and charming and very comfortable with walls painted in a soft blue and white, a mix of modern still elegant style. From the room you have a short hallway that bring you to the private full bathroom.
The room features a flat-screen TV a comfortable queen bed, a dresser, lamps and has a view of the front garden that has wonderful bushes and trees. The house have a living-room and a reading room for your convenience. Views of the sea, mountains or lake are featured in and, a fantastic deck to relax and enjoy a cocktail in the evening.
There is a shared kitchen at the property with all imaginable tools to be a great chef.
Seattle is 14 miles from Villa Rivarola, and Port Townsend is 28 miles away. The nearest airport is Sea-Tac Airport, 25 miles from Villa Rivarola.

Amazing place to stay and Pedro ia an amazing host! Wish we could have stayed longer! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to downtown Edmonds and Very secure parking.

Very kind hosts and beautiful location! We were under the impression that the property would be unoccupied except for guests- the property is actually renting a bedroom within the home. Great for some persons traveling, but not something I am comfortable with. If this works for you, 5 stars! If not, I'd recommend checking elsewhere No problems otherwise! Thank you for opening your home.
