We arrived to gorgeous Florida weather and loved the proximity to the beach! Crossing the road could be treacherous and the speed limit seems high for a residential area. There were a few minor issues that the manager fixed in a timely manner. She was very responsive and apologetic. The one thing unable to be fixed was the listing said "sleeps 6 with 2 additional cots (uncomfortable) to sleep 8". We unfortunately needed to use one for our family of 5. Overall, i would recommend staying here for a group of 4 or less.

We spent part of spring break at Perdido Key and loved it. Quiet, family friendly and away from all the spring breakers. We enjoyed it much more than the Destin area. Listing was as described, beach was easily accessible and our kids had a blast.

This is a great location, however upkeep of the outside of property was horrible. Ripped screen, flithy windows, all 3 decks where unusable. Outside photos didn't match listing, furniture pads ripped up, old, dirty grill. Rugs inside needed cleaned, tub drain upstairs plugged, etc. This home was spacious, however needs a deep cleaning and upkeep of outside.

Great property with all the amenities you can think of or need to host a family. This was one of the nicest property we’ve stayed at and the owners truly had the guests’ comfort and convenience in mind. Highly recommend!!

Spacious well-appointed home close to beach
The photos represented this townhome perfectly. Our expectations were high based on what we’d seen and read and they were absolutely met.
The proximity to the beach was awesome. We are so thankful the owner provided a wagon to haul stuff to the beach as well as chairs for our time at the ocean. We were also a short drive to eateries and grocery stores.
The kitchen and living area were so spacious and comfortable and everything was neat and clean.
Suggestion to owner/property manager. Install a pull handle above the door handle so your guests can pull the door closed without yanking on the handle. We have this in our own home.
Suggestion to visitors. Bring a strong beach umbrella. It’s super windy and it doesn’t make sense for the property to provide one because they can get so easily blown and broken. Bring your own and make sure it tethers.

Not many linens, so bring extra washcloths (there was not enough for everybody for one day). I did purchase a 6 pack and left them at the condo. Also, not much in the way of paper products, so you may want to bring a little extra TP and paper towels just in case.

Short walk to the beach (though a bit tough at times crossing the road with traffic so families with young kids beware). Shower available on the ground floor to rinse off the sand before heading back in the house. Pool is well maintained and perfect for a afternoon dip after the beach. We have some trouble with the garage door and the host is VERY responsive and handled it immediately. One suggestion - would be nice to have some hooks or stands to hang up wet swimsuits and towels to dry in the house just inside the deck, plus something to protect the wood floor. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay over Thanksgiving week. With COVID all of our original plans changed and we were able to book this place for just our family. It was beautiful 70-80 degree weather and my kids used the pool almost every day 😜. We walked to the beautiful, quiet and secluded beach every day and enjoyed the wagon in the garage to carry our things. All the sand toys, boogie boards and umbrellas were great too. This was a fabulous location and the home was well-stocked. Perfect quiet getaway with super close beach access. A trip to remember!

Hurricane Sally ripped through just weeks before and destroyed the private beach access and many venues. We frequently dined at the Perdido Key Breakfast Club and Jellyfish (food is outstanding in both restaurants) and stocked up at the nearby Publix. Given it was the middle of October it was too cold to enjoy the pool, but we did however spend our days at the nearby National Park "Johnson Beach" which is extremely well maintained, with clean ammenities. Perdido Key doesn't have the "hustle and bustle" of Orange Beach, which is exactly what we needed to enjoy some family time. We will definitely be back.

Covid Get A Way
We had such an amazing vacation. My 85 year old grandmother, my mother, and my 5 year old and 3 year old daughters wanted to go to the beach safely. The private entrances and exits to this townhome were perfect for that.
The home is lovely. Recently redone. So many attention details and makes create use of space.
Beautiful. Balconies everywhere. Perfect for our small family.
Balcony has a nice view of the bay and the pool. Feels like you are at the beach. Short walk to the beach, and a short drive to a state park entrance for those who cannot walk.
Such a wonderful vacation.
There is a garage for keeping all your beach stuff. Note that the first level requires walking stairs to get to it.

Paradise with comforts of home at the beach
After the hurricane devastated Mexico Beach, my family has been searching for a new paradise. I am so happy to say we have found it in Perdido Key!!! The townhouse was exactly as described! It was perfect for our family of four plus two extras (gf of older son & friend of younger son).
The kitchen and den have an open space design. The den is large enough for two air mattresses but we didn’t need them. Each of the bedrooms have single pull out beds; we put those in one of the bedrooms at night. Lots of laughter out of that bedroom!
Some people might complain the bathrooms were small or cramped but we don’t hang out in bathrooms so they were fine to us.
We loved all the balconies! It was great watching the sunsets over the bay off our bedroom balcony. The deck, with a nice size patio table & chairs, is great for eating outside.
The outside shower for spraying off after a day on the beach was wonderful. The boys liked it so much they actually took their nightly showers out there.
The beach is just a short walk which everyone made several times a day for snacks, drinks and lunch. And, of course cell phones and speakers had to be charged. I hope that the DOT will recognize the need for a cross walk there before next summer. Traffic is heavy & at times it was difficult to cross.
The beach was not crowded at all. It was like having our own slice of the beach The guys were easily able to fish until dark without having to disturbing anyone. The wagon was wonderful for hauling all our stuff.
We were nervous about having a family with seven kids staying beside us but we never heard them! I would caution people not accustomed to hearing frogs ribbit or sing at night to bring ear plugs, noise maker or fan for back bedroom. We live in the country so they did not bother us. I could see how thousands of frogs “singing” would be irritating to some people.
There were plenty of starters of everything. All standard kitchen items are provided. There was not a tea pitcher. Being the good GA southerners that we are, we always bring one on vaca just incase. So, not a problem. Next year, I will bring extra bath towels.
Orange Beach is just a quick drive up the road. We ate at Flo-Bama & Tacky Jacks there. Highly recommend. Also, Lillian’s Pizza which is in Perdido Key, delivers & has some of the best pizza that you will ever eat!
As my oldest son locked up for the last time, he said, “See ya next year!” I totally a agree!!!

Great family vacation
This cozy town home was amazing for our 4 adult 4 kid family vacation. Just a short walk to the white sandy beach ( that is practically all to your self) location is very close to places to eat. We chose the Shrimp basket. Very good and short wait. The town home had everything we needed. Only down fall is having to purchase our own propane for grilling. Which we did. Hopefully the next family will get some good use of the grill. Would definitely recommend for family vacations

This place was perfect for our family. It is clean and roomy; the pool is very nice. It is right across the street from the beach. The area is quiet and private but a short drive from tourist areas. I would highly recommend this place and the owner was friendly and professional.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and had pretty much everything we needed! The beach access was a short walk across the street but the beach was almost empty and beautiful! We enjoyed using the pool and would definitely stay again!

Like having a private beach
We really enjoyed our stay! Despite the crowds often associated with Memorial Day weekend, the beach near the condo was practically empty. It was like having our own private beach!
The condo itself was bright, welcoming, and full of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs. Our only (minor) complaint -- the back porch was right up against the neighboring one, which meant no privacy when we ate outside. Of course, that didn't stop us from enjoying the beautiful sunset or water views each night; but it would have been nicer to have a wall or other barrier separating the decks.
