The location was perfect! Breakfast choices were also good; both western and Vietnamese choices; very helpful staff with bike rentals available. I would highly reccommend this place!

Everything was off the charts in the best way. The owner, Nam, was one of the most gracious and helpful hosts we have ever encountered in our extensive travels. The staff were all excellent and very accomodating as well. Our rooms were spacious and clean with very nice views, hot water and robust air conditiong. The food was great and the central location made getting to all of our destinations a snap. Nam provided us with reliable transportation, great directions and reservations whenever it was in her power to do so. If we are ever lucky enough to return to that magical place we will surely book with Tam Coc Family HomeStay. Cheers
Not a negative thing to mention.

Very well managed property by Ms Nam Nam, the owner of the homestay. She takes care of every small need that may arise during the stay, such as exchanging USD for VND. The location is excellent, just a two minute walk from the Tam Coc boat start point and just off the main market area amongst a set of homestays along the river.
Nothing.

Location, friendliness of the staff. Nam especially was very resourceful. She took care of most of the logistics - bike rentals, inter city transportation, menu etc
The faucet to switch between hot / cold shower didn’t work. Had to wedge it a right angle for it to useful. Just a minor issue.
