Haus in einem desolatem Zustand

Dass Haus ist in einem älteren und desolaterem Zustand als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Der hintere Teil des Gartens ist nicht brauchbar, die Möbel sind zugewachsen bzw. Morsch und kaputt. Im vorderen Teil befindet sich der Pool und dort steht der Grill der auch schon etwas mitgenommen ist und Teile abgebrochen sind, bei der Anreise war der Pool dreckig, es ging kein Warmwasser und im Erdgeschoss war die Türklinke zum WC defekt, diese Probleme wurden am 3ten Tag durch den Hausbesitzer erledigt. Am 6 Tag kam es dann leider dazu dass sich in der Küche ein Nest von Kakerlaken zeigte, nach Anschreiben des Besitzers hatte dieser leider Covid und konnte nicht handeln, so dass wir dies selbst in die Hand Namen. 2 Tage vor unserer Abreise haben wir die Kakerlaken meines Erachtens erfolgreich beseitigt. Mir ist bewusst dass es in südlicheren Ländern durchaus mal dazu kommen kann, aber in diesem Ausmass ist es nicht zumutbar. Auch generell war es sehr laut ums Haus (Strasse, Hunde, Autobahn) die Fenster haben nicht so wirklich den Schall von draußen abgehalten, so dass der schlaf etwas kurz ausfiel, aber dafür mache ich dem Besitzer keinen vorwurf (der Baustil ist scheinbar nunmal einfacher). Jedoch eben für die Sauberkeit und den Zustand der Einrichtung/Möbel (diese Kaputt, angebrochen etc. waren), ob die Kakerlaken bei den nächsten Mietern wieder kommen kann ich nicht sagen, ich hoffe es jedoch nicht. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, der Pool wurde am Anfang nur durch mein Anschreiben gereinigt, am letzten Tag kam dann ein Gärtner und Poolreiniger welche ihre Arbeiten machten, aber am letzten Tag bringt uns dass eben garnichts, während des Aufenthaltes wurde keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Wir haben geputzt usw.. um dass Problem mit den Kakerlaken zu bereinigen, was ich schon etwas schwach finde für den Preis. Die Lage an sich war jedoch ganz gut bis auf den Lärm, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Nissi Beach, 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Agia Napa. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war ok, Check IN Informationen gab es erst nach Anschreiben des Besitzers, dieser Antwortete in der Regel aber innerhalb einer Stunde.

The house could be very nice but The part of the garden with the pool it on the side of the road which is very busy. There is not very good equipment for everyday, (glasses and stuff). Basic house but there is a lot of space and the location is good.

After missing communicatiing with Pap initially we were met by the owner,shown the property,kindly been given cheese ham butter and bread plus other foods and made welcome. Advise was also given on local restaurants to try. The property was spacious with all the bedrooms well turned out.Unfortunately the Jacuzzi room seemed to have a leak and a wet floor meant we did not use this facility. It had all the utensils for use but a rather small kettle for a house that could manage far more people. The owner was ready to help when asked. Many thanks.

Schöne, große Villa in guter Lage. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist alles wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Leider war beim Check-in niemand vor Ort, der uns die notwendigen Dinge erklärt hat. Zum Beispiel: wie funktioniert der Gasherd oder wie schalte ich das Warmwasser ein? Der Schalter für den Boiler war nicht gekennzeichnet. Die Lage ist im Online-Inserat falsch gekennzeichnet - die Villa befindet sich direkt neben der Villa Sam!

The villa was clean and spacious and in a good location. However, the photos on the website are obviously old photos. The beds were divan with no headboards and 1 thin pillow, some windows had no curtains and the master bathroom had no shower curtain. Most walls were blank with no photos ie not as homely as the photos make out. The air conditioning did not work in some rooms and the pressure from showers was a trickle. The microwave did not work. That said, we had a nice time. However, I would not stay here again.

In maart geweest, binnen was het schoon, voldoende wc en douches. Stond water klaar en wat brood en beleg. In de keukenkastjes alles wat viezig en muf. Nauwelijks glazen voor een 8 persoons huis. Mooie zithoek met fijne bank. Goeie wifi en smart tv. Buiten waren er voldoende tuinmeubels. Maar er stond ook veel rommel bij in de achtertuin. Er is geen informatie beschikbaar over het huis of omgeving. Had zelf een boekje over Cyprus dat kwam goed van pas. We hebben dankzij het heerlijke weer een fijne week gehad.
