The room was very clean and the host was lovely and very accommodating. The location is very close to restaurants, shops and beaches. Room had a lovely view of the sea as well.

The kindness of the staff, the guy was very nice and helpful. The room was big and comfortable, just one minus: the holder othe shower was broken but they knew and they soon will repair it. Nice also the space outside to drink a coffe or have a light breakfast with the view of the sea. We enjoyed it enormously

Excellent newly renovated rooms with wonderful seaviews in the centre of Loutra on top of the Stifado Restaurant. Very clean and very comfortable room. Glorious view of the sunrise from our balcony. Excellent WiFi. Eirini gave us great suggestions on which beaches to visit, and which restaurants to try. Highly recommend private accommodation!

Our room was kind of small, but we were never in the room, other then to sleep (bed is very comfortable), so this was not a problem at all for us!

Location couldn't be better. Right in the heart of the port area on a quiet side street Balcony was good with a side view of the sea. Comfortable bed The owner was friendly and very respectful . He offered advice on the area, restaurants and things to do. Answered any questions promptly and ;stored our luggage on the last day until it was needed

The room was very small with old furniture. The bathroom was also old and the whole room could do with modernising.

The location was great with a nice area to sit outside, it was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a kettle, crockery and utensils when we requested them.

lack of furniture to put clothes in, no drawers or shelves to put thing away, we were there for a week but couldn’t unpack our clothes.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful view from the balcony which gets a lot of morning and early afternoon sun, lovely spacious, clean room and our host was responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

A newly renovated room, remarkably clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well supplied, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The village of Loutra is extremely beautiful and the location of the rooms made everything to be within walking distance.

Wi-Fi unavailability (although stated in Booking.com), is not acceptable in 2021. The room was facing the back of the property, even though during the booking sea-view was mentioned. Ventilation from the restaurants below the property did not allow us to leave the windows open, especially at night, due to the noise produced. Luckily, since the room was recently renovated, the windows and balcony door provided good enough soundproofing. I guess a front facing room would not have the same problems.

There was no wifi in the room. Landlord suggested to use the wifi of the cafe close to the room which was not succesful. No signal inside the room. That would be the only disadvantage.
