Location, beach, restaurants at night
It’s a huge resort so no personal touches. The staff in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Staff on the reception were ok but we asked them if they could call a restaurant for us to make a reservation ( as the restaurant did not have English speaking staff) the receptionist at hotel refused to do this for us. Which was a first for us and very surprising and of course disappointing. Also has to be said that it was also a first for us to stay at a beach resort and then be asked to pay over $30 to use a kayak for 30 minutes??? Really not acceptable.

A very well appointed large beachside property with multiple pools and restaurants. The standard rooms are spacious with a patio and are well furnished. The resort has a sundry/gift shop which makes it very convenient. The western breakfast is well laid out and the restaurant is spacious. The beach area is adjacent to the pool area with a bar and a fast food restaurant. The staff is very attentive and polite. We had a problem with one of the beds and this was promptly fixed.
Virtually nothing that I can think of.
