Very nice beach resort with outstanding service - no wonder for a Japanese property. Vast area and you just feel “right”. Airport shuttle for free - just watch the timetables. They put a lot of efforts into sustainability, for example if you renounce that they make up your room and change towels every day they give you - substantial - vouchers that you can use in the hotel.
The beach is not a “white paradise dream beach” but fairly good. And this is nothing the hotel can do anything about. And you should be aware that this is a resort mainly frequented by Japanese family with kids. But this is totally fine, everyone is friendly and cute.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant location (fusaki beach is great for sunsets), delightful staff. We had the most magical honeymoon here and would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet is also amazing! We'd also recommend renting a car if you wish to explore the beautiful island (there is lots of hotel parking).
