The OPO. APT –ArtDécoApartments is a charming modernist building from 1936. The building is a striking example of 1930s Deco architecture. This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project carried out in 2012, which restored the building's exterior facades and interior spaces, making them functional and cozy holiday apartments. The OPO. APT - ArtDécoApartaments is located in the emerging Cedofeita area in central Porto. It lies on the urban circuit between Baixa do Porto, the historic city center, and Boavista, a modern business center and hotel area. Although located in a central area of the city, the surrounding surroundings are quiet with large, wooded spaces. Mobility is ensured by a good public transport network (subway and bus). The nearest metro station is Carolina Michaelis (two minutes walk), with a direct line to the airport (line E, 20 min), with several direct lines to Campanhã Train Stations (line A, B, C, E) and São Bento Station (line D, with transfer from Trindade metro station). The surrounding area is marked by important buildings such as the historic Romanesque Church of Cedofeita (1 min. Walk), and the Casa da Música, recently built concert hall (5 min. Foot).

Appartement très bien agencé, moderne, très propre avec jardin. Quartier calme. Propriétaire attentif. Situation légèrement excentré mais arrêt de bus 202 à côté avec carte Andante donc centre ville en 10 minutes

Appartement trés agréable et trés propre; un seul bémol: les toilettes se trouvent dans la salle de bain ce qui n'est pas pratique pour un appartement prévu pour 6 personnes; de plus la porte est coulissante (gênant) et ne ferme pas à clé;

Praktisch, schoon, mooie buurt, 5 min lopen naar metro, lopend door de gezellige winkelstraat Rua da Cedofeita is de loopafstand naar het oude centrum (20 à 30 min) geen enkel probleem, bakker en supermarkt in de buurt, uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Porto te ontdekken.

Schönes, sauberes, eher nüchternes Appartement mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gartenplatz haben wir nicht benutzt. Parken am und vor dem Haus teuer, wir haben in einer Straße 5 min. entfernt kostenlos geparkt. Metrostation 5 min., Haus der Musik 15 min., tolles Lokal 10 min.

L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il est bien positionné juste a coté d'une ligne de métro entre le centre ville et les plages! Par ailleurs l'accueil et les services étaient parfaits. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Modern, bright, good location but bit basic.

Great location to avoid the traffic jams. Very clean and fairly comfortable but basics in the kitchen needed and a washing machine would've been handy. Porto is lovely. We were able to walk and use buses easily and there were restaurants about. A simple base for the city.

A Very Good Deal For The Price

The apartment is not fancy but for this good price you shouldn't expect it to be. However it was very clean and comfortable for our family of six. It is directly across from a school so there are lots of cars at drop off and pick up times but otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. There are small grocery stores and other shops within easy walking distance but most of the main tourist attractions require mass transit or a car or a serious dedication to walking. I would highly recommend this apartment for someone who wants a quiet no frills place to enjoy Porto.

Cet appartement, spacieux, est situé dans un quartier calme. Il est peu éloigné du centre historique et vivant de PORTO; La notice rédigée par le propriétaire permet de trouver l'essentiel et tout ce qui peut être nécessaire à des touristes dans un périmètre assez proche. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de vaisselle et une cafetière en état de marche. Mais nous sommes persuadés que Monsieur Ferreira à su remédier à ces petits inconvénients momentanés. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, sachant qu'une voiture peu éventuellement être logée dans une des deux petites cours intérieures.

Un appartement idéalement situé, très proche du centre-ville, à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Possibilité de se garer à proximité ou même dans la cour. Aménagé de façon très rationnel et moderne, l'appartement est un petit havre de paix (plus particulièrement la terrasse) après les journées de visites de la ville.

Schöne, gemütliche, ruhige und voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem Patio. Die Beschreibung war richtig und vollständig. Wir waren im Juni 2014 für einige Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Über- und Rückgabe sehr unkompliziert. Die Beschreibung passt genau. Gut sortierte Supermärkte (mit Frischfisch-Theken) einige Gehminuten entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt ca. 20 - 30 Min. Fußweg, allerdings durch die sehr schöne Einkaufsstraße Rua de Cedofeita. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist der Größe nach für einen Kleinwagen geeignet (Golf, Peugeot 308), nicht größer, öffentlicher Parkplatz der Wohnung gegenüber vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen. Vielen Dank an den netten Vermieter !

Fomos passar o fim de semana, 2 casais, e escolhemos este apartamento pelo fácil estacionamento, acesso ao Metro e distância a pé da Casa da Música. As fotos também nos agradaram e traduzem absolutamente a realidade, um apartamento com muita luz, arejado, confortável, com um charme minimalista, exactamente com tudo o que vem descrito no site. Tem supermercado, padaria, inúmeros pequenos cafés por perto para abastecimento fácil em caso de necessidade (não cozinhámos, apenas o pequeno almoço mas está totalmente equipado para quem quiser cozinhar). O proprietário esclareceu rápidamente as nossas questões sem demoras e com grande cordialidade. Ficámos fãs e esperamos voltar numa próxima ida ao Porto!
