L accueil de Christelle était à la hauteur de cet établissement, je devrais dire ce havre de paix. Le lieu est idéal pour se ressourcer, au cœur du Luberon avec une décoration sublime, les prestations de qualité…. Tout était parfait

Very homely, very clean and we felt well looked after but not fussed over.

A bit of a walk into the village which was ok in the day time but not so pleasant after dinner in the dark.The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Cristal is a lovely hostess. the place is sparkly clean and the location is great!!! walking distance to Roussillon. you cannot go wrong with this place. the medieval architecture gives the place a fairy tale and mystique flare.

The property is darling, the pool is amazing and Christelle is so nice. There was a fan that I discovered the second day which helped me sleep at night. The pool was awesome and appreciated as was breakfast. It is so cute and welcoming even though I probably would have chosen another option if I knew what to expect.

The description was negligent. The room I reserved included a private bath which I thought meant a toilet too. The bathroom had no toilet. The toilet was shared with the others staying there and it was located in a tiny closet that you can hardly stand up in without opening the door. The advertisement said private bathroom and I had seen where others inquired on to be assured of a private bathroom. It never dawned on me to ask if that included a toilet. They should have been upfront in the discription so I would have been prepared and picked a different room. I was hot and tired from a 22-hour commute and upon arrival, it was unbearably hot in the room and I was very disappointed. When I explained my extreme discomfort about the toilet situation but I was not offered the opportunity to switch to the room that had a private toilet even though the room was empty for at least 3 of the nights I was there. The quaint staircase is really steep, and lights are always off. Upon arrival, it was super dark because the power was out and the stairs were uneven and not good for anyone with bad knees or mobility issues. I was healing from a torn meniscus. Again, if I had known I would have been prepared or made a different choice. The bed was hard like many in France and Italy which some people like but you should know if you are staying more than one night, I had a 4-night stay. The weather when I was there was unusually hot and the unconditioned room felt like 100 degrees. Any other time it would have been wonderful I'm sure.

The location was ideal and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The room had no air. This was unacceptable as the room is located upstairs and we had one fan to use. It was one of the hottest nights of the year and we expected at the very least a portable air conditioning unit or more fans. We had to keep taking cold showers to try to sleep. We also were not aware of the shared washroom when we booked. This should of been highlighted before we confirmed (a pop up window) as we would of paid more for a private washroom. We did notice it was listed in the room description once we were there.
