A modern brutalist town house which we were not expecting. If we had seen a photograph of the exterior we would not have booked this property. Really conflicting feelings as some things were really good like the bedlinen, :Le Creuset pans and everything worked. The house is large but really badly designed. There is an internal lift or spiral stairs between floors. One needs to take a lift (or stairs) from the foyer to the second floor to walk up more stairs to the ladderlike staircase to a sliding window door to the roof terrace. The view is nice but it takes determination to get there especially if carrying anything at all. The kitchen is tiny and a pain to take anything from the kitchen to the terrace. We hated the wooden patio furniture and the hallways stacked with seat cushions. (Get box storage on the roof terrace)There were curtain tracks and no curtains in some rooms. The sofas had very worn upholstery. The patio furniture is past its sell by date and uncomfortable. If you have a large party of people and want somewhere really quiet with few facilities to walk to then this is fine. but we were disappointed and fantasised about throwing out all of the hideous and mismatching art. It felt like someone's well loved personal holiday home that suits them very well that they have had for a long time but they are blind to what paying guests may expect for their own South of France holiday environment. We were bitten by flies and mosquitos that were thriving on the terrace which we tracked down to the plant containers that were in standing water. We made the wrong choice for us but we are sure others may like it.

A 2 week ‘shoulder season’ stay with intention of relaxing and experiencing the Monaco Classiqe Grand Prix and the delights of the local area. Amenities were close at hand (supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars). Never found the need to rent a car. Local transportation was plentiful and enough for our needs. The villa was a delight (especially the roof terrace - the view was spectacular). Bedrooms were sizeable, airy and comfortable. The lift was a bonus for transporting food, luggage and the less agile members of our group. Kitchen and living accommodation was well appointed and to a high standard. Many thanks to the owner (Roger Barons) who was extremely helpful during the booking process and during our stay. An extremely nice property in a beautiful location. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and re-booking ourselves should we return to the area.

The apt was nice and clean! It is located close to a small beach and about 7 walking minutes of Paloma Beach. The city centre can be reached within 3 walking minutes. The rooftop is awesome and we enjoyed the view over the harbor every night! All in all a very pleasent stay and I can highly recommend this apt.

A very well equipped holiday home in a private, gated complex boasting generous room sizes, extremely comfortable beds with high quality mattresses and pillows, a full-sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, an exceptionally convivial lounge/dining area and a fully furnished split level terrace with amazing, panoramic views. Chosen because of its residential (rather than touristy) location, the property is situated just 3 minutes’ walk from the village of St Jean with a good selection of amenities on hand e.g. two bakeries, a small Casino supermarket, tobacconist , butcher’s, chemist, bars, restaurants, wine merchant, pizzeria, cinema, sea-shell museum, tourist office. There are also a number of excellent walks (2-7km in distance) around the Cap peninsula, each incredibly scenic. The twice-hourly number 81 bus from Promenade des Arts in Nice centre serves the port and passes through the larger town of Beaulieu sur Mer just a 5 minute journey away. Here you’ll find larger supermarkets (Super U & Casino), a wider selection of shops and restaurants, and a train station with services calling at towns and cities the full length of the Côte d’Azur and beyond into Provence or Italy. Communication with Roger the owner was prompt, professional and courteous; the show-in procedure was timely and efficient too. All in all, a highly recommended rental.

My family and I were visiting France from America and we spent four days at this lovely property. The house was incredible, very comfortable, super clean and very central to the center of town with shops, restaurants and the marina. The house is very nice with tasteful furniture and modern designs. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were functional. The leaving spaces were roomy, and the kitchen was very nice and practical. Overall we give this property an outstanding rating, we will definitely rent it again.

This house was perfect for our stay. Situated in a glorious location with fantastic views, the house was modern with a spacious, clean interior. The village itself, which is only a five minute walk away, is charming and we spent our days admiring the views and going down to the local beach and local bakery! The hosts were friendly & efficient, making this perfect trip to the French Riviera.

Had the most beautiful stay in St Jean Cap Ferrat in this amazing house. Could not fault it. Perfect location as it was less than a 5 minute walk away to the centre of the village. This house had the most spectacular view from the roof terrace which also was an amazing sun bathing spot! The house itself was extremely clean, tidy, spacious and furnished beautifully.

I had the loveliest stay in this house. All the rooms and bathrooms were very well appointed and comfortable with lovely furnishings that made it feel very much like a home-from-home and not a rental property! The location is ideal. St Jean is my favourite town on the French Riviera as it has such charm and is quieter and less touristy despite being so close to the hubbub of Cannes, Nice and Antibes. The house is just a 3 minute walk to the boulangerie for your morning croissants, close to the lovely centre of town and within 10 minutes of some great beaches. The highlight, however, has to be the truly incredible view from the balcony that looks straight out over the town and harbour and out to sea. What better way to enjoy the sunset than with a glass of wine, good company and what has to be one of the best views around?
