Poor maintenance and lack of resolution of critical faulty appliances

Spacious well laid out Chalet

Cooker faulty, refused to be fixed and host admitted known fault, curtains hanging off, lights not working, bed missing slats, host admitted known issue and replacement on order, secure storage for skis lock broken, sink plug wrong one and not resolved, broken furniture. overall the lack of maintenance and resolution was poor and non existent,
