Location, cost, a/c, kitchen area
Check-in was very difficult.
Hotel rooms were not at the B&B address on the booking reservation but in the next block over, which was extremely difficult to navigate while driving and trying to get this information from someone who just rattled off numerous numbers in Italian over the phone!
That said once we were sorted the location was perfect and room great for our 2 day stay.

My friend Irina and I stayed here for two nights, and we could not have asked for a better experience.
From the moment we made the reservation, the host was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
The facilities are top-notch and spotlessly clean. The location was an absolute lifesaver for us—just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which made getting around effortless since we didn't have a car. On top of that, the neighborhood felt extremely safe, quiet, and peaceful at all times.
If you are visiting Bari, look no further. We felt so well taken care of and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our trip so special!
The only thing we didn't like was not staying here for our entire trip, but we will definitely be back!

Very close to the historic center, the room very big

The location was very good and the room was clean.
The room was in another building, which meant we had to walk with all our luggage from the original building.
There was no breakfast, even though it says on the booking site that breakfast is included.
The pillow and the mattress felt like we were lying on a brick.
The photos on the booking site did not look anything like our room…
