Room was nice and comfortable with safe lockers, personal lights and plugs.
The beds were a little creaky.

Location was very central, you can walk everywhere and it felt safe at night. The bathroom and toilets were generally clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. The staff (especially Petra ) was really friendly and helpful They have explained everything! Definitely recommended
Occasionally toilets and bathrooms were not clean but this was due to other travelers

The location, security and kitchen. Friendly and approachable staff. Proximity to supermarkets and eateries. One train stop from Stockholm Central station.
Lack of natural light. Common areas have uncomfortable seats. Can be noisy especially when windows are open. Expensive when cost of bedsheets and towel is added on.

The location
Someone, likely housekeeping, mistakenly assumed I had checked out and removed the sheets from my bed, discarding my belongings from the nightstand. I only found out through an email from the staff, casually asking if I had left early and informing me that all my things were gone. That message alone was deeply stressful.
I immediately rushed back to the hostel, interrupting my plans, because they hadn’t responded to my question about the whereabouts of my bag. When I arrived, I was told it was an honest mistake and offered a pair of cheap earplugs as compensation, since mine had been, among the items, thrown away.
This kind of oversight is not just inconvenient, it’s distressing. I hope the hostel takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests.
