Exceptional

Ata, who is keeping this hotel, is a friendly guy. He helped us to plan our trips around Kemer. His advice made our vacation more interesting and saturated. If you don't look for all-inclusive and like the independent style of holiday, this location and service should be appropriate for you. There are enough parking places near the hotel. Ata, Thank you for your hospitality one more time.

Cooking was not easy because the stove was relatively small and slow. But finally, I was happy about it, because there were many restaurants everywhere with delicious food and reasonable prices. So forget about cooking and relax.

We loved this place! If it will be apportunity we definatelly come back!

Host owner is super, Ata helped with all questions and do everything that we asked and even that we did not asked! Very good location, very closed to the sea and the central streets. Helped with transfer to and from airport. Also helped with local sim card and all other questions. Drived us to the shop and helped with the choice of food and bevarages. Towels and bedlinnen have been changed every 2-3 days, and also cleaning was every 2-3 days.

The apartaments is a little bit old, and needs a bit restorations, but the size of it and the owner of the apartaments, cover this issues. But everything was clean and nice.

Exceptional

We rented 1 apartment on the second floor with a beautiful street view, but it wasn't noisy because the villa is on a quiet street, 5 min on the way to the sea! It's a warm and nice place to spend a few days of vacation. The yard is a beautiful garden with lots of flowers, pomegranate and orange trees. The owner Ata always provided support and helped with information about local cafes and restaurants, possible places to go, etc. Also he kindly invited us to taste local coffee, sweets, cheese and drinks! It's a simple and cozy place for modest rest!

Quite and green place with helpful host-family!

During all our stay the host ATA and his family were attended with great hospitality and attention to all our needs and questions. That was pleasant to feel like a guest or a friend of their family but not the property lender. Little talks, lemons and grenades from the garden, and many other small things made this rest special. The place is very green with traditional doors and windows which make atmosphere. The pul is empty of people but clean and comfy even for children. Location is quite good, not far from the sea and center.

We had terrible shower!! Sometimes I had to call my husband to hold the switch, cause of low water pressure the shower couldn’t be switch on. To wash all the family of 4, including a baby, was always stress! If you decided to wash a lot of dishes, you will surely take “shower” in a cold water! The same problem is with kitchen amenities. Small electric stove without oven, no washing machine, poor equipped all kitchen. So, I was tired quickly of all this inconveniences, cause with 2 children you need to be very quick and well organized. May be if you travel without kids you will not even notice all that.

Good location, close to beach, parks and centre. Clean and spacious apartment. Privacy in apartment. Great balcony to relax and chill. Ata (owner) always willing to help with good shops etc...

Nothing, WiFi could be better but other than that all good.

Bad smell at rooms

Good location near to beach and down town

Rooms had terrible smell when we checked in, according to landlord this was due to wet climate, and i asked to find some replacement but this was not possible as all rooms were occupied and also we were advised to find an alternative somewere else if we don't like room. At this stage i didn't like atttitude of land lord towards his clients. So we had to take room as it was hard to find replacent upon arriva that late. By some miraculeus way smell was gone at the second day of our stay, the reason of smell i suspect was that they weren't properly cleaned before. Also there were some difficulties with keys, it was not possible to share keys and main entrance was locked at night reminding a prison so we had to get envolved landlord even at late night and we lacked our privacy. Sanitary was too old and some of them broken. Sheets was too old.
